“From a young age I knew that I wanted to work with people and help support them in achieving their goals. Growing up with a strong passion for exercise, I developed a genuine interest in understanding how movement can be used to support everyday function, performance, and long-term health. This combination naturally led me to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. As an Exercise Physiologist I strong believe that movement is medicine and value a holistic approach to exercise prescription, considering physical, behavioural, and lifestyle factors to support sustainable outcomes.”
Phoebe graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) in 2025. Throughout her studies and practicum placements, she gained experience working with a diverse range of clients across both clinical and performance-based settings. Phoebe is passionate about helping people feel confidence and capable in their bodies, whether that is improving health, returning to activity, or enhancing performance. She places a strong emphasis on education, support, and building meaningful connections with her clients to help them achieve their goals.
In her free time, you can find Phoebe spending time with family and friends, staying active, or heading off on spontaneous beach trips.
