Our moderate intensity group exercise program, Bodies on Track, is ideal for over 50s looking to maintain or improve their health and fitness.

Not restricted to over 50s, if you’ve had previous injuries and health concerns or are currently managing an injury or health condition, this group class is the perfect way to enjoy exercise in a social environment, while receiving the expert care of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

We understand that exercise can often be daunting, so we keep our groups small to ensure you get the individual attention you need. We modify exercises within the group setting to ensure you are doing what is right for your body and fitness level.

  • When: Check our Group Exercise Timetable for the most up to date session times, additional classes available on request
  • Cost: $25pp (private health rebates may be available)
  • What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing and closed in shoes/joggers. Bring a water bottle and any relevant medication.
