An Exercise Physiologist is trained in applying the scientific principles that underpin sports performance, which gives athletes the competitive edge and maximises their athletic potential. Our EPs love working with clubs and teams but specialise in designing sport specific strength and conditioning programs that are tailored to the individual. Every athlete is different, so an individualised program can result in better performance than a generalised program.
As well as Strength and Conditioning, we use targeted exercise to minimise injury risk, rehabilitate injuries and bridge the gap from rehab to peak performance. Our programs are preceded by a comprehensive assessment so that baselines are established and athletic improvements can be tracked.
