This male-only group is suitable for individuals wanting to improve strength, body composition, or bone density. Includes a variety of resistance based exercises performed under close supervision. Resistance training will have positive effects upon your body, your self esteem and your self confidence.
- Includes a variety of whole body resistance based exercises, prescribed for you by the Exercise Physiologist
- Regular reassessment to evaluate progress and ensure your program is highly individualised
- Strength re-assessments every 8 weeks to evaluate your progress
- $27.50 per session (private health rebates may be applicable)
