Clinical Exercise Physiologist | BClinExPhys, ESSAM, AEP, AES

McKenzie became an Exercise Physiologist after experiencing an injury and benefiting from the exceptional care and outcomes achieved through the guidance of an EP. Inspired by this experience, McKenzie decided to pursue a career in the field to help others achieve similar results. With a strong interest in neurological conditions, bone mineral density, menopause, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, age-related conditions, and metabolic conditions such as diabetes, McKenzie is passionate about using evidence-based exercise interventions to improve health and quality of life.

In addition to her expertise in exercise physiology, McKenzie has a background in competitive Irish dancing, which has provided her with a deep understanding of movement mechanics and the importance of body awareness in both performance and rehabilitation.
