Clinical Exercise Physiologist | BClinExPhysiol AES AEP
“My passion began when I had the opportunity to work with an Exercise Physiologist to manage my own injury. That experience sparked a deep interest in the science behind exercise and its powerful ability to enhance performance, manage chronic conditions and highlight the incredible adaptability of the human body. As an Exercise Physiologist, I am driven to support clients to achieve outcomes they never thought they were capable of, while empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health.”
Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2025 and has experience working with a diverse range of clients across both clinical and performance settings. She is passionate about taking the confusion out of exercise and helping her clients build a sustainable relationship with movement that supports what matters most to them in life.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Katie at the beach learning to surf, exploring a new hiking trail, or reading a good book.
