I have always loved to explore my limits in sport and been drawn to what the human body is capable of. From team sports like soccer to individual competitions in track and field, I’ve learnt about the different movement patterns and the benefits both physically and mentally. My drive led me to pursue exercise physiology and throughout my time at university and prac experience, I learnt the value and importance of movement not only in sport but for everyday life. As an Exercise Physiologist, I aspire to help people work towards their goals and feel empowered about their health and well-being.
Jacqui graduated from The University of Queensland in 2020 with a Bachelors Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. During her final year she completed practicum placement at Bodytrack where she gained experience working with clientele ranging in age, conditions and goals.
She is passionate about working with a wide range of conditions and helping people to improve their health and well-being. She strongly believes that movement is medicine with a keen interest in neurological conditions, children with disability and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
When she isn’t at work, she enjoys running along the river and bouldering to train for her next Spartan races!
