B. Clin Ex. Phys ESSAM, AEP AES Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Growing up I always loved competing in team sports, including football and cricket. When initially pursuing a degree in Business at University, I decided on a change to combine my passion for movement and helping people. It was at University that I learnt the importance of exercise for managing both current and long term physical and mental health. As an Exercise Physiologist, I believe it is our role to empower people to effectively manage their own health through the use of exercise as medicine.

Jack graduated from the University of Queensland at the beginning of 2021 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) after completing his final clinical placement at Bodytrack. He has been working on the Sunshine Coast in private practice for the last 3 years, gaining experience working with a highly variable caseload. While he enjoys working with all conditions, his primary areas of interest are musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management and return to sport.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jack spending majority of his time with friends, his dog and working through his knee rehab so he can get back to surfing.
