Engaging in regular sport, exercise and physical activity has been a huge component of my life since early childhood. This passion for all things movement and physical health is the reason I decided to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. When I first heard about exercise physiology I had no idea what it was and my reaction was similar to that of many clients attending their first consult. However, when I learned of the life changing stories made possible through exercise physiology treatment I knew I had found the career for me.
