“My path into exercise physiology was shaped by a lifelong connection to sport and physical activity, a personal experience navigating injury, and a genuine desire to help others get the most out of their bodies. That combination gave me a firsthand understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the consultation, and it drives the care and investment I bring to every client.”
Hunter completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU in 2026. Throughout his training, he gained broad clinical experience across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, oncology, neurological conditions, and strength and conditioning. That range of experience has shaped a practice style built on thorough assessment, clear education, and exercise prescription that is both evidence-based and genuinely tailored to the individual.
Hunter believes that understanding your body is one of the most powerful tools in recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or building long-term physical resilience. He takes a collaborative approach, working with clients to set meaningful goals, explain the reasoning behind their program, and build confidence that extends well beyond the clinic. For Hunter, the measure of a good outcome isn’t just symptom relief; it’s a client who feels equipped and motivated to keep moving.
Outside of work, Hunter stays active through the gym, golf, and rugby — pursuits that keep him grounded in the value of movement and remind him why he does what he does
