Growing up playing a range of different sports, I was always interested in how the body works and how we can improve it. I strongly believe that exercise can, and should, play an important role in everyone’s lives. I enjoy taking a positive and achievable approach to exercise to reach peoples physical and performance goals. I chose to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist so I could teach individuals how to best manage their health and optimise their lives.
Gage graduated from The University of Queensland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, majoring in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has gained experience working in private practice where he has dealt with a broad range of injuries, conditions and clients. Gage enjoys educating clients to create a holistic and long lasting change to their lifestyle. He likes to take an enjoyable yet hard-working approach to exercise to create positive outcomes. Gage takes a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, whether it be a return to sport or simply getting back to the garden.
Gage practices at the Toowong clinic. Gage has limited availability to take on new clients. Contact Us or Book Online with Gage.
