Clinical Exercise Physiologist B.ExSpoSci | M.ClinExPhys (ESSAM)

“Growing up, I was always drawn to movement, teamwork, and the energy of competitive sport. As I got older, this interest shifted toward understanding why people move the way they do and how exercise can positively impact quality of life. That curiosity eventually led me away from their original study pathway and toward a career focused on using exercise as a tool for long-term health, function, and confidence.”

During their studies, they developed a strong appreciation for how personalised exercise prescription can transform physical capacity, reduce pain, and improve day-to-day independence. They are passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, rebuild trust in movement, and feel empowered to take control of their health in a way that is achievable and sustainable.

They completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the Australian Catholic University in 2023, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU in 2025. Throughout their training, they gained extensive clinical experience across a diverse range of populations, including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease, persistent pain, oncology, neurological conditions, and performance-based presentations. Working with such varied clients has shaped a practice style grounded in a client-first approach, prioritising personalised assessment, clear education, and evidence-based exercise prescription to improve independence, function, and overall quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Dan enjoys staying active through social sport with friends or competing at a high level in touch football. Movement has always been a central part of his life, and he is passionate about helping others discover their own version of it.
