“Having always been a sporty person growing up, it was during my studies that I discovered just how powerful exercise can be as a tool for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I became fascinated by the ability of exercise to do more than improve performance — it can help people maintain their independence, take back control of their health and feel more confident in their everyday lives.”
Ashleigh completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2019. Since then, she has gained extensive clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients across multidisciplinary private practices, outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and in-home aged care.Ashleigh has particular interest in exercise for chronic disease management, healthy ageing and neurological conditions, with a special interest and training in Parkinson’s Disease. She values building genuine, long-lasting connections with her clients and creating an environment where exercise is personalised and, most importantly, enjoyable.
She loves helping people discover just how capable they are while understanding that every person is different. She takes an individualised approach to ensure each person’s journey is tailored to their goals, abilities and needs.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her soaking up the sun, playing AFL, snowboarding or out for a run.
