Abi joined the BodyTrack team in 2025!

Abi developed a strong interest in health and wellbeing through her own health journey, which lead her to step away from a career in the fashion industry and begin training as a Pilates instructor. She enjoys creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for clients and is always up for a chat. When Abi’s not in the Pilates studio, she’s spending time with friends, getting outside in the sunshine or dreaming up her next travel adventure.
