BOXING
Boxing Technique
A slower paced boxing session for anyone new to boxing or wanting to brush up on their technique and footwork. Learn the correct technique to maximise your power and reduce your risk of injury, familiarise yourself with boxing terminology, the different punches and basic combinations. Gloves and inners provider or BYO if you prefer.

These boxing workouts are programmed to cater to all fitness levels, so you can work at your own intensity. Sessions include a combination of padwork and boxing-specific fitness. Boxing Technique is recommended if you’re not familiar with the technique and combinations. Gloves and inners provided or BYO if you prefer.

STRENGTH
Women’s Strength
Designed for women who want to increase strength, maintain bone mineral density or exercise safely following pregnancy or prolapse. Includes a variety of resistance based exercises performed under close supervision.

Men’s Strength
Ideal for men who want to increase strength, improve body composition and improve mental health and wellbeing. Includes a variety of resistance based exercises performed under close supervision.

General Strength
Increase strength, improve body composition and optimise athletic performance with specifically designed resistance programs performed under close supervision. Suitable for generally healthy populations with experience in resistance training.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training sessions are designed to challenge your muscular endurance and cardiovascular system, and will have you pushing your heart rate in work-rest intervals. The evidence-based HIIT protocols and body conditioning programs mean you’ll get maximal results in minimal time.

BODY MOBILITY
Experience our Body Mobility group session and let our experts safely guide you through a variety of flexibility and activation exercises. While mobility exercises can be simple, knowing the right techniques to use and ensuring you do them frequently enough to get the benefits is where we thrive! We keep our groups small to ensure you get individual attention and to allow us to modify exercises to ensure you are doing what is right for your body.

BODY BASE (STABILITY)
Ideal for anyone beginning or returning to exercise, this group class focuses on perfecting the muscle activation and patterning required for basic functional movements. Building from the core to full body stability, this group caters to a range of fitness levels. Developing the correct base with an emphasis on stability and mobility will set you up for pain-free daily activity, minimizing your risk of injury and provide a solid base for increasing your exercise capacity. FUNCTIONAL (BODIES ON TRACK)
Our most popular group, perfect for over 50’s who want to improve or maintain their health and fitness. Includes moderate intensity cardiovascular and resistance exercise as well as balance and flexibility. Great fun and very social group sessions that are often followed with a chat at the cafe!
