Your Agreement to Us

Attendance at appointments is vital for you to achieve your goals. We are dedicated to helping you to achieve those goals and we take the time to prepare for each session. Late notice by clients results in inconvenience to both the practitioner and other clients.

Late Arrival 
All sessions will commence and conclude as scheduled. Late arrival for an appointment will result in a shorter session; sessions will finish on time regardless of arrival time.

Non-attendance
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for appointment changes or cancellations.  This minimises inconvenience for us and allows other clients to take the appointment time. If you are unable attend your appointment unrelated to illness and give less than 24 hours’ notice, we will offer a rescheduled appointment without charge. Subsequently, if you are unable to reschedule or unable to attend the rescheduled time, the full fee will be charged. For after-hours cancellations, please leave a message on our answering machine or send an email to info@bodytrack.com.au as this will provide proof of your cancellation.

Payment and packs

  • We require that all accounts are paid in full at the time of the appointment or prepaid with a value pack, unless an existing agreement is in place with a funding organisation (eg. DVA, WorkCover, NDIS).
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have the approval of any organisation funding their services prior to attending their appointment. Any services which have been attended without approved funding will be reissued to the client for payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments until outstanding accounts are paid in full.
  • All prepaid packs are non-refundable and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
