Having tried a variety of other exercise studios…Pilates , UQ Healthy Living and physiotherapy classes….I decided that group classes weren’t sufficient and that I needed to add a one-on-one exercise program to target my deteriorating balance as well as improving general fitness.
I chose Bodytrack initially because my husband attends. I continue to attend because of the individual attention in small classes and the one-on-one session.
I value the familiar and friendly faces and the opportunity to develop a personal relationship with the trainers. This helps me to stay motivated. I don’t want to let someone down by not showing up and it’s reassuring to think that someone wants to see me progress as much as I do. That personal connection also helps me to push through the exercises I find challenging.
