Sophie joined the Bodytrack team in May 2022. She has a passion for making a difference in people’s lives and has always loved learning about the human body, which lead her to begin studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She endeavours to use this course to empower and motivate others to optimise their quality of life by taking an individualised holistic approach.

Sophie has played a variety of sports throughout her life, including swimming, soccer, touch football and beach volleyball. A fun fact about Sophie is that she can speak Hungarian and has travelled to many different European countries to visit her extended family. When not at Bodytrack, Sophie loves to discover and adventure to different places (which will most likely lead her to the beach!)
