Growing up playing a lot of different sports, I was always fascinated with how the human body worked and I chose to study Exercise Physiology to learn how to optimize athletic performance. Through my studies, I am learning that exercise is not only beneficial for athletes but can improve many aspects of life for anyone regardless of their background. I especially like to work in the mental health, neurological and chronic disease domains, but altogether love working with anyone to help achieve their health goals.
Riley graduated from The University of Queensland in 2019 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours). In 2019 Riley attended his practicum placement at Bodytrack and demonstrated a high level of knowledge, an outstanding attitute toward learning and an ability to provide an exceptional client experience. After witnessing the values that Riley conducts himself with, it was an easy decision to bring him into the Bodytrack team. As well as working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, in 2020 Riley commences a PhD on the use of telehealth for transplant recipients.
