I chose to study Exercise Physiology because I really enjoyed Futsal and Soccer as both a player and coach. After the impact an exercise physiologist had on my own experience in sport, I really wanted to help others in the same way. My degree taught me that exercise is about a lot more than sport and although I still love working with athletes, I really believe that exercise should be part of everyone’s lifestyle.
Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Queensland University of Technology in 2017. She has experience in strength and conditioning and teaching clinical Pilates. Holly has also been exposed to the world of elite sport after completing a high-performance internship with the Brisbane Roar A-League team for the 2016-2017 season. Holly’s interest in neurological and neuromuscular rehabilitation has led to her pursue Neuro Exercise Physiology. She also has a talent for working with people with disabilities and paediatric clients, making sessions fun and engaging. Holly has continued to play soccer, competing in the National Women’s Premier League and often spends weekends visiting her family back home in Stanthorpe.
Due to high demand for Neuro Exercise Physiology, Holly has limited availability to see new clients. To enquire about booking with Holly, please contact us.
