Kate graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) in 2010. Her passion for movement as medicine led her to continue her studies and obtain a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2011 from the Australian Catholic University.
Kate has experience in both the clinical and occupational rehabilitation settings, enabling her to have a holistic understanding of the rehabilitation process and assist clients to achieve lifestyle and work specific goals. Kate has worked with a number of different clients and conditions such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, chronic lower back pain and cancer related treatment and fatigue.
Kate understands that exercise can seem complicated and overwhelming but with the right assistance and support it is a safe, effective and enjoyable intervention for all.
Kate is currently on maternity leave and will return to Bodytrack in 2019.
