I chose to study Exercise Physiology because I really enjoyed Futsal and Soccer as both a player and coach. After the impact an exercise physiologist had on my experience in sport, I really wanted to help others in the same way. My degree taught me that exercise is about a lot more than sport and although I still love working with athletes, I really believe that exercise should be part of everyone’s lifestyle.
