Daniel’s high level sporting background and interest of the human body led him to completing a degree in Applied Science (Human Movement Studies) at the University of Queensland in 2005. He has since continued with his passion, helping people reach their goals in health and performance excellence.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Daniel has worked extensively in a number of fields including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, corporate health and special populations. Daniel’s passion lies in athlete development, individualised strength and conditioning programs, and using a scientific approach to help athletes achieve their best performance.
Daniel enjoys working with complex patients who may have multiple concerns. Problem solving is a major part of the Bodytrack Exercise Physiology technique and is what keeps Daniel and the rest of the staff working on innovative solutions in exercise prescription. His passion for helping people achieve there health goals reflects on the Bodytrack vision of: A passionate team leading the way in allied health solutions.
Daniel has worked at Bodytrack for 12 years, more than earning his position as Principal AEP, and developing a strong team culture for the staff. Bodytrack is built on an underlying passion to help others improve their health. This culture stems through every staff member who works at Bodytrack and is a vital part of being in the Bodytrack team.
