Personal Training
All workouts are based on the individuals' goals and initial health profile. Each program is progressive in the areas of postural, biomechanics, motor control, strength and fitness.
We dedicate our time to creating a new and interesting challenge for personalised training programs. Combining the application of current knowledge and innovative exercise prescription, you can be sure to be taking the right steps toward achieving your goals.
Group Training

Don't want to work out one on one? Bring along a friend and introduce them to the Bodytrack way of exercise training. We approach Group Training sessions in a similar fashion to all our other sessions; that is, striving to achieve your health and fitness goals.
If you are concerned about any injuries or conditions you think may slow you down, send us an email. We will work with any disorders and imbalances you have to help you gain more functionality and an healthier body.
