I am 64 years old and have type 2 diabetes. I joined Bodytrack after having met Stuart during a Diabetes Research Study where he was the exercise consultant. He has worked with diabetic patients and has an excellent knowledge of both the physical and medical issues involved. Exercise is the key to controlling diabetes; along with healthy eating habits; so the motivation and workouts provided by Bodytrack are vitally important to me. I have suffered from very severe back problems in the past but today I am performing sit-ups and back extensions without any discomfort what so ever. The back problems have completely disappeared since I started doing a properly supervised exercise routine at Bodytrack.

I feel that I am a much healthier and stronger 64 year old because of my workouts and I am able to participate in a number of sporting activities that I never attempted when I was younger. The only thing that Daniel and Stuart have never been able to improve is my golf swing. Now that’s a challenge!
