A comprehensive whole body assessment is undertaken to provide a comprehensive knowledge of existing postural patterns. Where appropriate recommendations and modifications are made to reduce the risk of injury.
Similarly, in sporting situations, our qualified E.P.'s will also assess movement biomechanics and make recommendations to improve effieciency of movement.

I started working on a posture and strengthening program with Daniel Ryan in November 2007. Firstly, Dan and I discussed what I wanted to achieve and a whole body assessment was undertaken.
