Post-Natal Muscle Control and Strengthening

Did you know...
Regular exercise has been proven to help people fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer which is linked to decreased stress or anxiety in a person's life.
For a number of women, it is difficult to get back into shape after giving birth. At Bodytrack, our Exercise Physiologists have been helping clients with a lot of issues related to post-natal exercise.

Not only is weight loss an issue but a lot of disorders that can cause lower back pain and joint pain (hips, knee and ankle). Exercise Physiologists have expertise in post-natal disorders and are ready to help your body get back into living a normal life after birth.

What our clients say...

I commenced my programm at Bodytrack 3 weeks after giving birth to my second child when I had 2 children under 13 months of age. Due to my very close pregnancies I was suffering quite debilitating pelvic floor instability and ilio-sacral joint problems.

Within 5 weeks (attending two 1 hour sessions each week), I had improved my strength and fitness to a level where I could function normally and could see myself returning to my pre-prgnancy fitness.

The staff at Bodytrack are extremely professional, knowledgable, and encouraging, especially in regard to post natal care, and I would hightly recommend their services for mum's as part of their post-natal care.
