When do I pay for my appointment? 
Payments are required at times of your appointment unless a periodic direct debit has been agreed to in writing.
What methods of payment do you accept? 
We accept payments by cash cheque, direct debit and credit or bank cards.
If I cancel an appointment will I still need to pay? 
We understand that plans change, however, as your appointment has been reserved especially for you we appreciate 24 hours notice to be given in order to reschedule your appointment, otherwise cancellation fees may be applicable.
Make the most of your time by arriving 5 minutes before your appointment to prepare. Arriving late will only lessen your appointment time but will still incur a payment.
Is there parking on the premises? 
Free undercover parking is available on premises while you are at an appointment. There is also unlimited parking available on the surrounding streets.
Can I claim my Exercise Physiology Session through my Private Health Fund? 
Yes, the majority of Private Health funds will provide a rebate for Exercise Physiology, except Medibank Private.
Can I claim my Exercise Physiology Session through Medicare / DVA? 
Yes, If you are a type II Diabetic, or have a chronic ailment which has extended over 6months and can be put on a GP's healthcare plan.
Also, you can receive a rebate through the 'Department of Veteran Affairs' if you are a Veteran Card Holder.
