As we age our bodies lose the strength of the muscles and bones, we lose balance and start to lose proprioception.  These issues result in a range of problems from falls, bone fractures to loss of confidence.

Current research has shown exercise on a daily basis involving strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness can improve strength of bones and muscles as well as significantly reduce the rate of falls.

50 really can be the new 40, 60 the new 50, even 80 can be the new 65!

Our Exercise Physiologists design programs that specifically target balance and overall body strenght through a combination of weight and non-weight bearing exercises.
