Warren McGregor: (Cert. Sport & Rec, Diploma Relaxation & Sports Massage, 4th year Ba Applied Science. HMS)
Warren has always had a strong desire to study the body. In 2003 he completed a certificate in sport and recreation at AUT and in 2004-2006 he completed diplomas in relaxation and sports massage. Through his massage career he was fortunate enough to work with the likes of the All Blacks, The Blues, North Harbour rugby, New Zealand representative swimmers, runners, soccer players and other athletes. Warren undertook pre and post massage for the North Harbour National Provincial Club rugby team for a season and was the principal masseuse for ‘4 carded’ (similar to AIS) New Zealand professional athletes. In 2007 he moved to Brisbane and started a Bachelor of Human Movement in which he is about to complete his 4th and final year.
Warren has been providing remedial massage therapy services to clients at Bodytrack since joining the team in 2009 including three swimmers of which have won gold at this years’ 2010 Commonwealth Games. Warren specialises in postural dysfunction, muscle imbalances, neck pain, lower back pain, disabilities and headaches.
Warren’s passion for helping people through an holistic approach in which his knowledge of massage techniques, diet and exercise to improve quality of life is at the paramount of his career.
