Vaughan Nicholson from Red Hill Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre will be available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings at Bodytrack. Vaughan has been with the Red Hill Physiotherapy team for 3 years. He has an Exercise Science degree to compliment his Masters in Physiotherapy, and possesses advanced manual therapy skills. Vaughan has a specific interest in swimming, shoulder injuries, knee rehabilitation, low back and pelvic dysfunction and correcting biomechanical faults with the aim to improve movement efficiency and reduce pain.

Vaughan is currently physiotherapist for the Australian Paralympic swim team and travelled to the Beijing Paralympic games in 2008. He will soon be in Brazil as team physiotherapist for the Aussie team at the World Short Course Championships in November.
